A beautiful location high above Verdins! We were there for a BBQ and loved it. Whether it's for dinner or a stay at the hotel, I don't think it matters; everything is simply fantastic. There are Friesian horses and wooden chalets on steel supports with a magnificent view!

We've found pure relaxation at the Hertscheg family resort five times already – and we're always happy to come back! ❤️ Everything is immaculately maintained, spotlessly clean, and the quiet location is the perfect place to unwind. The welcoming host family makes every stay truly special. We highly recommend it!

We expected more from the accommodation for the price. Our chalet was located directly above the parking lot, so we felt a bit like a private guest. We also didn't find it particularly quiet. The chalet's gable windows and the glass bathroom door aren't particularly dark, so our nights were over early. Thanks in part to the nearby church bell. The breakfast was nicely done, but nothing more. We definitely missed a good selection and a coffee machine in the room, which is something you can get these days without the plastic or aluminum waste. Overall, we found everything a bit lacking in attention; the service and attentiveness were nonexistent. We definitely won't be coming back.

We were very happy with the chalet, it is beautifully quiet and very comfortable. The whirlpool and sauna in the room are also beautiful. The breakfast is delivered to the room and is really very rich. The only thing I complain about is that the new pool, which is really beautifully designed, was closed due to the weather even though it is heated. When it opens it won't open until 10:00 a.m. because we like to swim before breakfast, it's too late for us. Another positive thing is that everything is very clean and the chalet is always cleaned and tidy. I recommend opening the pool from 7:00 a.m.; in our experience, guests appreciate and use this.

Absolutely gorgeous! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. I call this place “pure relaxation”!
