An Unforgettable Evening on Vacation – Trattoria Al Boia Partanes During our vacation in Merano, we spent an evening at Trattoria Al Boia Partanes, and it was one of the most beautiful culinary moments of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, stylish atmosphere. Located in the heart of the old town, the trattoria is full of charm and attention to detail, making it a truly comfortable place. The food was a dream: fresh, flavorful, and authentic Italian. The fish dishes and pasta were particularly outstanding. You can tell the passion the food is cooked with. The wine recommendation also matched perfectly. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive—just what you want for a successful evening. For us, it was an all-around successful evening, one we will always remember. If you're in Merano, you shouldn't miss this place. We'd love to come back!

It's not the chef's fault if the waiter brings warm white wine and tells you to wait a bit for it to cool to the right temperature in the ice bucket you brought with you. If you then order a herbal schnapps without ice after dinner, the bar staff will put an extra ice cube in your glass, and the waiter will throw the ice cube out with a spoon as they carry it to you. The schnapps was as cold as wine has ever been. With a bill for six people costing over €300, you'd expect a welcome from the house anywhere. The Italian national schnapps, grappa, served half-full in a shot glass, doesn't show much empathy for the guests. Unfortunately, not recommended.

Everything very good, friendly manager, normal prices

Super friendly team, they always try to offer you a place (but it's better to reserve in advance). Most recently at the bar. This time spontaneously the five of us in the garden. Very good food, reasonably priced. No wonder it's well attended!

We had reserved a table for 10. Everything was great! The food was delicious, the service was attentive and the ambience in the large square was perfect until late at night! Highly recommended.

Really great food with a touch of Sicily! Can totally recommend the salmon pasta with pistachio cream, still dreaming about it😊 We went for starters and some pasta, accompanied with red wine which was all tasty. Nice service and cozy atmosphere.

Food was good, but small portions and relatively expensive. A great atmosphere. Also on the terrace. Does not add oil or salt to salads or appetizers. Service tried very hard, but also sometimes a bit annoyed and overwhelmed.

We had the pasta with shrimp and the steak. It was delicious and our waiter was very gracious and helpful. We had a great meal and great wine.

Absolutely recommended, very tasty!
