Delicious dish. Good atmosphere and top service.

Excellent from appetizer to dessert

Coming from Florence, we were looking for a restaurant that wasn't too touristy, to taste local products. Attracted by the reviews, we chose this restaurant for the last evening of the family weekend in Pompeii. What a wonderful choice. We had a wonderful time. There wasn't a dish that wasn't sublime. I recommend the spaghetti alla Garum and the pasta and fried potato pie, but also the fillet with cheese, the salted salmon appetizer. The fresh salted fish is also excellent. If you want to finish with fireworks, the freshly cooked tart is perfect. Take advice from the innkeeper Giovanni, a true professional, as in the past, who pampered us all evening, indicating the best delicacies and the most suitable wine. Thank you for making our last evening unforgettable Pompeii before returning home.

We had the best dinner here! The service was absolutely amazing. They made tasting portions of all the courses so we could try everything. Huge wine selection and they can help you pick the best to pair with your meal. We had a sparkling wine from the area around Vesuvius and it's probably now my favorite sparking wine (caprettone grapes). We spent a decent amount for dinner, but they have a good variety of selections on the menu, so you can definitely still go with a smaller budget.

Estivemos no Garum para jantar em família. Entrada com Affettato di Polpo. Pratos principais: Tonno al Sesamo e Baccalà alla Griglia. Vino bianco Casal di Serra. Tudo perfeito e saboroso. Pontos fortes: qualidade da comida, serviço e ambiente. Dica: faça reserva, escute o conselho dos garçons e peça o peixe do dia.

Dunque….. Partendo dalla fine posso solo dire che è un posto che io consiglierò a tutti quelli che conosco e sicuramente tornerò. Ottimo il servizio, ottima la cucina ottimo l’ambiente. Cosa dire ancora ? Che ero assieme ad altre persone e tutti entusiasti del posto. Infine una menzione speciale per Giovanni del personale di Sala per la competenza, la presentazione dei piatti ed i consigli. Per terminare evidenzio che non siamo del luogo ed eravamo in vacanza a Sorrento. Dimenticavo: Babà ed amaro (Urca’) eccezionali!!
