Family lunch to celebrate a birthday. Quiet and elegant atmosphere. Excellent, attentive and precise service. Extensive wine list. I chose a Val d'Aosta wine that was in the cellar but not chilled; it was immediately chilled and served at the perfect temperature. We started with prosecco and a complimentary entree, an appetizer consisting of a trio of fish and a very good seafood risotto. The other diners were also pleased with their choices. Good value for money; I definitely recommend it.

High-quality, natural ingredients (especially the basic ingredients: olive oil and mozzarella), good advice. Very well prepared, and very friendly and helpful staff. It was one of the best restaurants we visited during our 10 days in Pompeii and Amalfi.

The food was really delicious and friendly. Those who like light food might find it a little salty, but the anchovy flavor was really rich and delicious, making it a very delicious pasta meal.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. Il locale è elegante, con un’atmosfera curata e una bella enoteca ben assortita. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: professionale, attento e mai invadente. La cucina punta sulla freschezza e sulla semplicità, come dimostrato dalla grigliata di pesce, preparata con cura e valorizzata nella sua essenza. Ottima anche la scelta della carta dei vini: abbiamo degustato un eccellente Riesling tedesco, perfetto per accompagnare la cena. Alcuni accostamenti, per i nostri gusti, sebbene interessanti, non ci sono sembrate del tutto equilibrati. Nel complesso, un indirizzo di livello, con ingredienti freschi e una grande attenzione alla qualità, che merita sicuramente una visita. Grazie

Nestled just steps from Tasso Square, Caruso Museo is a true hidden gem- it’s tucked away from the tourist bustle yet right in the heart of town. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The service was impeccable, attentive without ever being intrusive, and every detail was carefully thought through. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and even more delicious than we could have imagined. The flavors were refined, perfectly balanced, and worthy of its Michelin recognition. The ambiance added to the charm, elegant, intimate, and full of character. If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Sorrento, skip the tourist traps and treat yourself to Caruso Museo. It’s an absolute must-visit and a meal we’ll be talking about for years to come.
