Garibaldi In Cisterna d'asti

We had dinner last night. There were about fifteen of us, and they offered appetizers, three main courses (the tajarin with Cisterna ragù was delicious), and their famous fritto misto (the piedmontese fish was the best!) Compliments to our waiter Luca, who truly pampered us and met all our needs with great professionalism and kindness.

If you want to eat traditional dishes, this is the right restaurant, not to mention the Piedmontese-style fritto misto, which is sublime!

Ristorante Garibaldi in Cisterna d'Asti is a true gem for those who love good food and an authentic atmosphere. Stepping inside means taking a fascinating dive into the past, in a refined and evocative setting that evokes the charm of the late 19th century, instantly putting you at ease. The cuisine is excellent, with a typical Piedmontese menu that emphasizes tradition and quality ingredients, prepared with care and passion. Each dish reflects the region and satisfies even the most discerning palates. The staff is polite, professional, and always available, attentive to the customer's needs without ever being intrusive. Also noteworthy is the well-stocked wine cellar, with a selection of quality wines that perfectly complement the dishes. The value for money is decidedly good—I'd even say more than fair, considering the overall experience offered. A restaurant I highly recommend to everyone, ideal for both a special dinner and a chance to rediscover the authentic flavors of Piedmont. Congratulations! 🍷🍽️

Located in Cisterna d'Asti, it's easy to visit the Roero and Langhe regions. A truly wonderful and positive surprise.

This year, I returned to this magnificent restaurant with friends for a "grattata" lunch. Everything was delicious, the menu was unanimously appreciated 👏👏👏 A special thanks to Chiara for her hospitality and the speed with which she served us, given that we had an afternoon train. Very good 🤗

A great place (the facade, the unassuming entrance, but upon arrival, you're greeted by a wonderful period ceiling, beautiful paintings on the walls, and excellent seating) with qualified and empathetic staff. Needless to say, the dishes are incredibly succulent—a word from a passionate chef.

Hotel and restaurant in the city center. There's no reserved parking, but you can find street parking. The restaurant is excellent, serving truly delicious Piedmontese dishes. The rooms are beautiful and clean, located in a private courtyard. The views of the surrounding countryside, rich in vineyards and woods, are breathtaking. Both the owner and his wife are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.
