Garbassu In

A magical experience in the heart of Varazze, a quaint restaurant run by a super-efficient family. The trofie with pesto are delicious, and the creamed cod with sweet potato puree is also excellent. The restaurant is very welcoming, with an open kitchen. The only downside is the humidity. I'll definitely be back!

Garbassu Restaurant in Varazze - the overall impression was positive. The restaurant is truly quaint, nestled between two narrow streets in the center, a location that gives it a unique and intimate charm. There's also an outdoor patio, which, unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy due to the weather and winter temperatures, but which certainly adds to the experience in the warmer months. The menu offers a rather limited selection, but interesting dishes. It's not a huge selection, and could be improved. The service is simple but courteous, with an informal approach. Prices are slightly above average, especially considering the type of restaurant and the experience offered. A place to consider for an intimate dinner in the heart of Varazze.

Good food, a unique retro atmosphere, and top-notch service, but…for that kind of expense, you can't afford to have your clothes soaked in kitchen fumes! Needs improvement…

Found by chance in the alleys of downtown Varazze, "Garbassu" was a pleasant surprise. Vintage decor and a unique atmosphere. Tasty, well-prepared dishes. The price was perhaps a little higher than expected, but it was still a great experience.

Pleasant place, refined food, slightly high prices.
