The management is meticulous, with Rosanna's wife in the kitchen, assisted by a young and enterprising staff. All this underpinned by a family-run management structure. Luciano is always present in the dining room, always ready to listen to the suggestions of the customers, who appreciate the restaurant, which is made up of a medium-high level of staff.
