Many narratives begin from café tables. The history of this place reports that Cesare Pavese stopped and wrote at the fine red marble tables, says an old article. I sit down and order a Bicerin, I look around and imagine Pavese sitting, absorbed in his thoughts and intent on writing, who knows what, perhaps a draft of "Bella Estate", or perhaps "the moon and the bonfires"... or a few sentences from his famous diary. One of these said: "The real ailments of age are remorse." If you love taking a leap into the past, this is the right place. I had a bicerin (classic Turin drink based on coffee and milk cream), my daughter a toast and a soft drink, my husband a soft drink, all satisfied, promoted.

I "only" had a green salad but it was delicious. thin shavings of fennel r the start of the show but all of the ingredients were delicious. Sitting in the sun it was the Italian food experience I had been waiting for!

06/11/2023: È sempre piacevole allietare le nostre domeniche pranzando qui. Mangiamo spesso da Paolo, sono anni che siamo clienti e ogni volta è sempre un'ottima scelta. Il cibo è ottimo, materie prime di alta qualità, menù alla carta vario con proposte di terra e fuori menù in linea con la stagionalità. Ad esempio recentemente abbiamo mangiato dei funghi fritti eccellenti e tagliolino ai funghi delizioso. Locale intimo, ben arredato, pulito. Servizio in sala con personale attento e preparato. Provare per credere!
24/10/2023: Ottimo il cibo, ottimo il servizio, bella l'atmosfera. Poco altro da dire se non consigliarlo senza remore.

22/03/2024: Informal but well-kept environment, large spaces and clean bathroom. Play area for children. Excellent roasts, focaccia and super good fries. Sauces available from dispensers, wide variety of drinks. Waiting time significantly lower than average.
