Excellent, nothing to add in the opinion of a restaurant that has offered superior quality for many years. Obviously, such quality has its cost, so it is not recommended for those who want to spend little. Reservation is recommended

Without a doubt one of the best fish restaurants I've ever been to, despite having been to quite a few. It never contradicts itself in the absolute quality of the raw materials and constant search for new combinations. For a starred one, it's cheap to say the least.

Restaurant with a Michelin star that offers renowned raw and fish first courses that you will hardly forget.
The wine list and selection of desserts are also excellent (the decomposed cannoli is fantastic).

Welcoming environment, kind, professional and friendly staff.
They offer a vast selection of wines and a rich á la carte menu, as well as three tasting itineraries with very interesting seafood proposals and generous portions.
Only note: I would improve the dessert proposal, characterizing them more by aiming for territoriality and freshness.

Beautiful experience. We tried several dishes, each better than the other. If I remember correctly, the route included around 7 dishes with dessert which was delicious (babà with custard) for a cost of 120 per person if I remember correctly, excluding drinks.

Come ogni anno in vacanza sino stato a cena in questo ristorante .
Grande scelta di vini .
Cibo buono ma non straordinario nessun piatto ad effetto wow se uno non sa che un ristorante stellato non lo direbbe mai cibo come detto buono ma ci si aspetta di più dagli stellati soprattutto da quelli di lunga data che dovrebbero riuscire a sorprendere sempre e non adagiarsi sugli allori .
Servizio un po’ strano il caposervizio cordiale e attento il suo secondo quasi svogliato portava le cose e recitava un copione a memoria ,manca l attenzione al cliente sentirsi coccolati ma ovviamente con certi numeri non si può avere un servizio impeccabili peccato perché basterebbe davvero poco ,
Prezzi nella media x un ristorante stellato.
