I don't understand why this restaurant has a Michelin star. The food was good, but not exciting, the service was questionable; They take the wine from your table and you have to keep telling them to refill your glass, the atmosphere is noisy and there are too many tacky groups. I'm sorry to sound classist, I'm not, but if I pay €100, plus wine and coffee, I hope I don't find large groups of Kim Kardashian wannabes shouting at the top of their voices in the room. But most importantly, the food is borderline irrelevant, bordering on boring. For that, I stay at home

We had dinner in this wonderful restaurant on the occasion of my birthday, consuming the 8-course fish tasting menu. An unforgettable experience from all points of view: the dishes are masterpieces for both the eye and the palate, the staff are extremely well trained and the owner Francesco is very kind and professional. Pleasant experience, excellent service and very good food! I was very skeptical before, but I must say that I changed my mind, it's true, you pay a little but it's not something you do every day. We paid 120 euros per person and they served us 8 courses each, we liked everything!

We booked this restaurant after lots of research before we even left England for our holiday and it did not disappoint. Unlike England, we did not really need to book, the restaurant was quiet - Italians dine late so next time we’d book for 9am onwards. We had the full tasting menu and it was lush! Coupled with some Pellicino white wine and excellent service we had a lovely time.

Fa davvero piacere scoprire in Calabria un ristorante stellato di così alta qualità. Vengono rielaborati piatti della tradizione calabrese,utilizzando ingredienti di altissima qualità ,con una attenzione ed una competenza davvero encomiabili. Sarebbe superfluo elencare tutte le prelibatezze che abbiamo provato. In particolare, a differenza degli altri grandi ristoranti stellati, le varie elaborazioni sono quantomai attente ad una clientela italiana, di gusto mediterraneo ed amante dell’alta qualità delle nostre terre. Carta dei vini amplissima, con un sommelier attento e al tempo stesso discreto. Scelte vastissime, in particolare sul pesce, selezionatissimo e anche questo di provenienza del mare Ionio. Dessert di fattezza professionale, accompagnato da vini del tutto adeguati e frutto di grande competenza. Prezzi elevati, ma non esagerati e comunque all’altezza delle proposte gastronomiche. Una vera gioia per il palato e, in particolare, per un calabrese in trasferta, felice di notare come le risorse di una terra a volte dimenticata, se messa realmente frutto possa produrre risultati davvero eccellenti! Merita il viaggio!
