The Galloway in Bassano is a themed casual dining restaurant, part of a chain of restaurants primarily in the Veneto region.
A convivial, spacious, and tastefully decorated venue. Themed evenings and karaoke are also available.
The signature dish is grilled chicken served with fries or grilled vegetables, and other chicken or chicken-based dishes, such as fried wings. Other grilled meats and classic burgers are also available.
The chicken wasn't bad, although I expected it to be a bit spicier and I didn't quite understand the sauce on the side. In any case, the chicken itself was tasty and accompanied by a good beer, which is what you expect from this type of establishment: tasty dishes and a good beer for an evening with friends.

First time eating at this place.
Excellent food and super fair prices for the quality and quantity.
A set menu featuring a cockerel, four breaded chicken fillets, a fried chicken (which I didn't photograph), a medium beer, water, and a mascarpone dessert for €48.
Fast service despite the place being almost full.
The only negative I can say is about the bathrooms, at least for the men's ones. I think a remodel or at least a new color is in order.
Highly recommended for all the reasons mentioned above. 💪

Avoid Saturday night; between the cinema and the venue, parking is a real challenge. The food was average, service wasn't the fastest, but it must be said that the venue was packed.

Obviously the specialty is the cockerel, cooked really well, you can also eat other things, all very good, fabulous beer served in ceramic mugs and for me it is priceless, large place, attentive and kind service, always a point of reference in Bassano, well done Nicola, keep it up!! 👏🏻👏🏻

I went here for lunch and chose the restaurant's set menu. The dishes were more than generous and overall really good, with simple yet well-crafted flavors. The generous portions are definitely a plus if you want to leave satisfied.
The service was a bit slow, especially between courses, but the staff was very kind and helpful, always with a friendly attitude that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The atmosphere is relaxed and the place exudes a sense of tranquility, perfect for a break during your lunch break.
Cleanliness is generally acceptable.
Overall, I consider it a suitable place for a casual lunch or dinner, where you can enjoy a leisurely meal. Recommended for those seeking simplicity and abundance.
