The ricotta granita was excellent, the pistachio one was decent. Plus, the free whipped cream. Very friendly staff.

I'm disappointed because I had high expectations after reading the reviews on Google Maps and online, even on prestigious sites. Although they have interesting flavors, I didn't find anything special. The cone packaging left a lot to be desired.

Beyond amazing. Real ice cream. You should try it with hazelnuts, Greek yogurt, and pistachios. The flavors are very strong. Two scoops cost 3.5 euros.

FRAM BISTROT BIO-VEG

14/10/2025: I went with to friends just to get some coffee but at the end we stayed there for around 2 hours. The atmosphere was really nice and friendly & the service team was great as well. We just felt really comfortable at the bistro and not only got coffee and golden latte but also some small things to eat :) And the best thing: it's all vegan - we didn't exploit other animals for food and drinks :)

23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. It's well-known among locals, but many tourists continue to frequent it once they've discovered it. This is undoubtedly due to the highly successful choice of offering unconventional dishes, where the chef's skill is combined with the choice of top-quality ingredients. I'd also like to point out the various vegetarian options; the names of the dishes often don't fully describe what's on your plate, so asking the friendly and courteous staff for advice helps you choose from the extensive menu. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and well-kept. Although there's plenty of seating, I've always found it crowded, so reservations are recommended, even at lunchtime. Well done, keep it up!
