We were very happy that we stumbled into this restaurant, and that it was open during the siesta time . Very friendly, great atmosphere, the food was very very good. What I love the most- the burger was without the bun. Great!!!! And fried potatoes were absolutely delicious

Excellent little restaurant among the Sassi of Matera, highly recommended. We had the tagliata, the eggplant ravioli, and the ferricelli pasta, all extremely good, even the stracciatella. The service was also very friendly, we will definitely be back.

Delicious typical dishes, superb pleasant setting on the terrace, very reasonable prices, I went there during the day, saw a strange staircase which goes down and leads you to the right place.

Finally a place in Matera that is super welcoming even for big dogs like mine! The atmosphere is beautiful, and you immediately feel at home. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for their openness and kindness. It has become our new favorite!

04/11/2025: Apart from the courtesy and kindness of all the staff which is 10 and more but I can assure you that the food is divine, everything very good and also very abundant, if you are in Matera you cannot choose better.
21/10/2025: We are happy to have found this excellent authentic restaurant with an excellent offer of food and wine at reasonable prices. It is not fast food, but a real restaurant with excellent service and generous portions. I highly recommend it after a wonderful long walk in Sassi Matera. I would especially like to highlight the friendly waiter, an old-school professional who welcomes you with a smile and serves you perfectly.

20/09/2025: A truly excellent lunch, from the appetizers with various tastings, to the first and second courses, everything was truly excellent. Thanks to Antonio who welcomed us and gave us really good advice... everything was excellent... highly recommended!!!
