We had dinner on Friday night. A really welcoming and well-kept place. Excellent quality food. No frenetic pace but lots of quiet and conviviality. We really had a lovely evening. We will definitely be back.

Capita che saltuariamente passiamo una serata insieme e, di solito, andiamo per sushi. Mi porta in questo ristorante, e cominciamo ad ordinare, acqua, birra, crudi, fritti e tanto altro. Materie prime di buona qualità, personale attento, si può parlare senza urlare, peccato che il menù sia on-Line ma gli ordini si fanno con la biro. Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiato molto bene, sicuramente da riprovare

We were a little skeptical given the reviews from a few years ago, luckily we wanted to evaluate it anyway. Everything was excellent, high quality food and a beautiful place. Highly recommended. P. S. Few dishes for lunch, better to come for dinner

I also found high quality on the lunch menu! Perhaps a little less choice than the dinner offer and other restaurants of the same type, but given the choice, quality is better than quantity in my opinion. The price seemed right to me.

In my humble opinion one of the best all you can eat in Parma The raw food is fresh, the choice of rolls is limited, but it's definitely better this way. All good. Small but welcoming and well-maintained location. Definitely worth trying and trying again!

06/05/2025: This time I discovered many new things on the menu, including the Shrimp Roll which pleasantly surprised me, with that mix of crunchiness and spiciness. But the Tintin Roll is always my favorite dish: a magical balance between salmon tartar, velvety avocado and that hint of spicy sauce that dances on the palate! The low-key atmosphere with soft lights and that elegant silence makes it perfect for a romantic dinner. Without a doubt, for me this is the best sushi in Parma.
04/05/2025: We booked here for a romantic dinner and every detail was taken care of. The seafood appetizer was very fresh. The sushi is delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
