Great quality for those with a lot of money to spend. If I had the money, I'd go there often when I'm craving Asian food. Unlike other restaurants, the sushi here actually tastes good, even without soy sauce.

We visited this sushi restaurant in Bassano in the evening as a couple, choosing the à la carte menu, and overall we had a great time. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and the staff were always courteous, qualified, and attentive without ever being intrusive. As for the value for money, I think à la carte is a good choice: the price is in line with the quality of the sushi offered, which is significantly higher than many other places. Given what we ate and the attention to detail behind the dishes, the expense was absolutely justified. All the dishes we tried were good and beautifully presented; the only personal complaint was the tuna tartare, which I wasn't particularly impressed with. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. At the end of the dinner, the owner was truly gracious: he gave us a small discount on the total and even offered us a liqueur, a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates his dedication to customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed our stay.
