Truly a fantastic experience! The sushi was incredibly fresh, prepared with great care and featuring truly balanced combinations. You could taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. A special thanks goes to the staff: they were simply exceptional. Kind, attentive, and always smiling, they made us feel welcomed from the first moment until the end of the dinner. The service was quick but never rushed, with a level of customer service that truly makes the difference. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, perfect for a quiet evening or a getaway with friends. I'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Delicious Sushi We came in after a tough day skiing with a bad knee injury. The manager was incredibly kind and even offered to drive us back to our hotel afterward. The service throughout was impeccable—warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The sushi was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. One nice touch: they brought Tiger Balm to the table to help with my knee. Such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

It was our first time at Fusion and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, and the service is absolutely impeccable. We asked the waiter, and he gave us the best recommendations. The quality is excellent. I highly recommend the shrimp tempura uramaki.

We had such an incredible experience tonight at Fvsion. The food was absolutely fantastic, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. But what really stood out was the hospitality. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in, and the service was top notch the entire evening. The most unforgettable part though, my mom’s knee was bothering her, and without hesitation they offered to drive us home. Who does that? Just unbelievably kind, thoughtful people. Amazing food is one thing, but this level of care and generosity is something special. We will 100% be back.

As a Japanese person, this was really good and the best quality I've ever tried out of Japan. I would truly recommend this place to everyone!!! It was incredibly delicious, so please give it a try. They offered great service and discounts, and the atmosphere was great.

Beautiful Fusion restaurant with a great vibe and great food. We’re plant based and found a couple dishes to eat that fit the bill. Delicious ramen and soba noodles.

Excellent food, especially the vegan one! No complaints about that. As for the service, I think the only redeeming feature is the discount they offer at the end to apologize for the long wait between courses. The waitresses were friendly but poorly trained: 1) I asked for two scoops of ice cream, and they brought one, telling me the other was sold out, without asking if I wanted more. 2) The entrée was brought, but without asking if a vegetarian version was desired, so I ate it alone, and my girlfriend looked at me. So these aren't rude mistakes, but rather mishandled ones, since normally, you ask about dietary preferences first—for ice cream, for example, you ask if there's another flavor you might be interested in, trying to find a solution. Instead, it seems like they're stuck at every limit (e.g., no solution for the entrée, no solution for the ice cream offered).

The service is impeccable: they make you feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish, with professionalism and a smile. The price is absolutely fair for Cortina, especially considering the quality of the overall experience. A place where you don't just go to eat, but to enjoy an evening.
