Fusorari In Modena

One of my favorite places in Modena, very nice and well-kept place, possibility to sit outside too, I recommend going during the week and maybe booking in advance during the weekend. I've been there for both dinner and an aperitif and have always been very satisfied. The culinary offering is very interesting, certainly different from the classic Modenese offering which is sometimes a little too repetitive, and ranges widely between different places and cultures. Service always punctual and attentive, sometimes a little slow on the busiest days but I think it's perfectly normal.

A great dinner where everything was excellent, both the food (which I would define as a Middle/Far Eastern mix) and the alternative atmosphere with strong references to art. Very nice staff, (a big applause to the waitress who I called Red Hot Chili Peppers) easy-going and very kind. For me, everything was perfect: you'll see me again guys ☺️

Nice place to have an aperitif by ordering a bottle of wine and several small tastings ranging from various nationalities. The icing on the cake: the style of the venue with the refined "travel" themed furnishings

Ideal for a dinner with friends. Given the size of the place, I do not recommend it for large tables, at least for the winter period. The service wasn't particularly quick but that didn't matter. The menu presents proposals that are out of the ordinary and out of what we are used to finding in every restaurant in Modena: this is precisely the strong point of Fusorari. One of the best dishes I've tasted here is "The World on a Plate": hummus, falafel, spring rolls, baked potatoes and basmati rice.

Abbiamo deciso di fermarci per un aperitivo, accoglienza come sempre gentile e spontanea (anche senza aver prenotato!) crocchete di baccal° e involtini primavera buonissimi, birra alla spina, decisamente bravi.

Ottimo locale in centro a Modena.

Buon locale al centro di Modena. Il cibo e i cocktail buoni ma leggermente alti di prezzo, ottimo per fare aperitivo e mangiare una cosa veloce

Locale molto particolare, in cui fare aperitivo o mangiarsi qualcosa al volo! Il menú cambia spesso ed è etnico!
