Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. So far, I've tried almost everything, from the appetizers to the pizza, all delicious, not to mention the "spectacular" burger. Given the overwhelming selection of cuts of meat, I'd even try that, but since I can't ask for a "well-done" Florentine steak, I'll leave that judgment to someone else. 🙄

Everything was excellent, from the food to the service, and the kindness. We had a melt-in-your-mouth Danish steak and a creamy cacio e pepe topped with excellent pecorino. Even the sautéed chicory on the side was perfect. Plus, we were in a hurry, and they were so kind to serve us right away, just enough time for the food to cook. Very fair prices.

A place you almost don't expect, with friendly, welcoming staff who also entertain guests. The cuisine is amazing, with homemade, refined, yet delicious dishes, to say the least. I asked to compliment the chef, and they actually called him. His name is Fabio, a very young but talented guy. Not to mention the desserts. Greetings to the staff, see you soon.

We ate with the family, everything was incredibly good, especially the meat and baked potatoes. Marco was an exceptional host. Compliments to all the staff.

08/03/2026: I've been missing for a while, and the quality remains undiminished! You can order some of the best meats, cooked to perfection. In my opinion, it's among the best in Rome. The only flaw is the tables are all too close together, making the experience a bit uncomfortable and chaotic.
06/03/2026: Three stars for the atmosphere and the food. The waitress (I think her name is Ludovica) was a bit hasty and brusque when dealing with customers. For me, courtesy is paramount when dealing with the public. And the same can be said with kindness. For this reason, I don't think I'll return, even though the food is good. The other waiter, a young man, was, to be fair, courteous and polite.

10/03/2026: A place rich in spirituality, art, and history! A pleasant welcome and stay for an experience of prayer and peace. Suitable for families, individuals, or groups, with the option of excursions. The nearby lake south of the monastery, complete with waterfall, can be reached via a beautiful nature trail.
