Without infamy and without praise. Lukewarm uramaki rice, very greasy Yaki udon but the fish was still good. Green tea served in a cup without a teapot with the leaves directly in the cup. Courteous service. I don't know if I would go back.

Nice place, good but average food, expert, attentive and skilled waiters. The real flaw is the exaggerated rice in the nighiri and gunkan...really exaggerated!!! As they used to do years ago at the first AYCEs to get people to fill up first!!!

Vasta scelta di piatti (prevalentemente sushi ma anche cucina cinese). Ingredienti ottimi, porzioni non esagerate. Non metto 5 stelle perché nella formula all you can eat non si può avere il dessert e lo trovo un peccato.

La cucina giapponese di Fusion Restaurant è davvero buona! È leggera, anche la tempura non è eccessivamente pesante, e i prodotti sono di buona qualità. Forse alcuni uramaki contengono un po' troppo riso, ma sono di grandezza piccola quindi non risultano troppo stopposi. L'ambiente è davvero bellissimo e curato, sembra di stare in un ristorante raffinato asiatico. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e attento, lo consiglio. Sono attenti ai disagi alimentari dei clienti!

05/04/2024: The food was good, but from what I know of restaurants in other China towns, not really authentic. A restaurant owner in our hometown once said that he had to cook "European Chinese" to appeal to the tastes of the masses. In my opinion, that also applies here. You have to order rice separately. A hint would have been nice. The main course came almost at the same time as the soup and was therefore only lukewarm.
17/03/2024: Average dishes (even if portions are not very abundant), friendly staff, average prices.
