08/04/2026: I regret not discovering Onest when I lived in the neighborhood. I make it a point to visit when I am back. Their coffee is consistently really, really good. That’s the most important part of course. As for things to eat — the chocolate + salt cookies are usually there, overlooked hiding in a jar behind the impressive pastry display, but truly it’s perfect with one of their coffees and you should try one. If the weather is good you can enjoy the sunlight in their little garden or veranda, and it makes for a lovely morning break. The baristas might look too-cool-for-you like one often finds in Milan coffee shops, but unlike other shops they turn out to be quite friendly and welcoming, not at all snobby.

07/04/2026: The place is actually very nice, but the croissants are average and the cappuccino is a bit disappointing.
