There were two of us for lunch and we had a carbonara and an amatriciana, which we shared. The restaurant was excellent, both in terms of the food and the staff: Silviu was welcoming and knowledgeable! :) Excellent value for money.

We (5 people) chose to eat here 3 of 4 evenings in Roma. The Pinse was superb. The Cacio e pepe was so comforting. The Amatriciana, the same. We can't wait to return.

We passen by , aroubd 15:00, were so hungry, asked if it is possible to eat. We hardly could believe it: delicious food, excellent wine, best waiter ever!❤️ Enjoyed our light lunch so much! This place is more than recommendable!

What the owner and his crew offered us here truly deserves 5 gold stars. The location between the Galleria Borghese and the Spanish Steps is ideal for lunch. The beautifully set table with white tablecloths and napkins, the quality of the food, and the moderate prices surpass all the touristy restaurants around the Spanish Steps.

28/09/2025: For years, I've been visiting the sanctuary with my friends, and it's always a pleasure to go to the restaurant afterwards, where we're always greeted with a smile and warmth from the staff. The food is excellent, authentic, and simply cooked. The tart with sour cherry jam is excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I highly recommend it.
