I really appreciated the food and, above all, the great attention to cross-contamination in the preparation of gluten-free dishes.
For a birthday, the waiter and chef were truly attentive and helpful, making me feel included and preparing an improvised dessert for me off the menu, obviously gluten-free: a gesture I greatly appreciated.
However, the wait times (about 40 minutes outside in the cold) and a bit of organization in the dining room could be improved: some of the waiters serving the dishes should know the names of the dishes.
Overall, however, the experience was positive, and I will gladly return. I'm leaving 5 stars as an encouragement to improve these last points!

Beautiful restaurant and excellent service. Special pizzas and an extensive menu, including first and second courses. A mixed fried appetizer shared between two people, two pizzas, and a bottle of wine for €70 (€20 for wine).

We went to this pizzeria for Christmas dinner, 35 of us, and the experience was truly fantastic.
The staff was extremely kind, organized, and extremely quick with service, despite the large number of people.
The pizzas were delicious, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients.
A huge compliment to all the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness!!!
Highly recommended, even for large groups! See you next time!

The pizza had perfectly cooked edges, but it floated on the plate, the center completely soggy underneath. You couldn't even pick up a slice because it broke off at the edge. You had to eat the center with a fork. Dear Italians, is this really how you make pizza? And according to the comments, is it one of the best in Pisa? Perhaps one of the best, because I think so too. I've had worse here in Pisa, even miserable, a disgrace to Italians. Want good pizza? Come to Poland. And the foccacia is brilliant; if I could buy it, I'd buy two pans.
