As for my experiences in this place, despite my short stay in this restaurant, they are very positive. At the beginning we were served a delicacy from the chef, unfortunately apart from bufala cheese I don't know what it was because I don't speak Italian 🙃 anyway, a very nice touch. As a dish, I ordered spaghetti alla carbonara and I was not disappointed. The pasta was perfectly prepared, the sauce was thick and very tangy, and the bacon topping was crunchy. Everything looked great on the plate and tasted great too. I can recommend this place with a clear conscience :)

We reserved the table for 4 at 17:30 on Saturday since many restaurants did not open for dinner yet. The restaurant is not big but well decorated. The service is really good, and food are amazing.

A restaurant a little more upscale than its neighbors, with many dishes around fishing and seafood.
Impeccable service, price in relation to the services.
The cuisine is good, very classic in presentation but original in its design.

We hoped to celebrate our last night in Rome with a special dinner - intimate restaurant, wonderful food, memorable wine, and exceptional service. We found it all at Fuocolento. It was simply everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a very special experience. The setting enhanced the wonder of every course. The wine, paired by the sommelier, lifted every bite. And the service, well, the service made it all magical. If we're blessed, we'll be back. If we're really blessed, it will be back for a very very long time. Highly recommend!

Rude to american customers. Very obviously not welcome. Waiter was obviously very different to us versus locals. Did not check in, waiting long periods. Short and not helpful.
