Elegant and refined fish restaurant, friendly and professional service. The freshest fish is offered every day based on the catch, excellent pairing with wines, cellar with quality and rarity labels. I'll be back!

Restaurant with a very refined environment and service. Good traditional Roman dishes embellished with selected ingredients. All preparations, including pasta and desserts, come from the restaurant's kitchen. Wide choice of fresh fish (but we ate other things). High prices, however in line with the area and the level of service.

Incredible food, friendly accomodating staff, and a lovely atmosphere. Of all the restaurants we dined at in Rome this was by far our favourite. A top pick for seafood.

A Phenomenal Experience at Fuocolento, Thanks to Dani! After an unfortunate experience at Paris, we decided to head over to Rome, and it turned out to be the best decision we made! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, all thanks to Dani, who went above and beyond to ensure every single one of our needs was met with care and attention. The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish was crafted to perfection and left us raving about the flavors. The wine selection was equally impressive, complementing our meals beautifully. And the atmosphere? Absolutely phenomenal! The ambiance struck the perfect balance of elegance and warmth, making the entire evening feel like a dream. Dani truly made the experience unforgettable with their exceptional hospitality. Nice New Years Eve dinner. Staff was attentive. Had Caviar, seafood tray, and homemade pasta all was deliscious. Even had a little midnight party for us with beans and squid and champagne with music. Very nice staff and great food will be back.

Very good food and friendly staff

This restaurant, which was recommended to us by the hotel owner, is a real gem: we eat the best lasagna and carbonara pasta there. The setting is chic but not pretentious and the staff is friendly: special mention to the slightly elderly waiter who is very funny. Plus it’s opposite an excellent ice cream parlor 😉
