Fuoco Matto is a restaurant where the quality of the dishes is paramount. The Irish rib eye steak is excellent, tender and flavorful, and the pizza is also exceptional, with a dough worthy of a Neapolitan pizza like few others in Florence. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere is spacious, clean, and welcoming. I'll definitely be back ❤️

This pizzeria saved our evening. There was room as soon as we arrived, and the owner greeted us with great kindness, offering us two glasses of prosecco and a house appetizer.
The service was incredibly fast, attentive, and super friendly. The pizzas were excellent, large and plentiful, and the craft beers were also truly spectacular.
The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is welcoming. But above all, the customer service is excellent: we felt truly pampered. 100% highly recommended!

A lunchtime restaurant perfect for a quick break from work. The food and hospitality were good. Overall, I recommend it. It's not a 5-star restaurant, but the fillet steak was truly delicious and tender. It was well-cooked, as was the side of potatoes. The tomato pasta was decent; the sauce wasn't exceptional, but the egg tagliatelle was good, from the daily menu, although the portion was decidedly modest. The same goes for the carpaccio, which was tasty but perhaps a bit too small. The wine list was a bit lacking; I ordered a 2021 vintage and was still served a 2024 vintage. It probably needs updating. Well done to the lady who knows her trade well, the welcome, and she's particularly efficient.

Wow! Food was absolutely splendid -- they really know how to cook their meat to a perfect tenderness, and the flavor combinations were on-point. Reasonably priced too!

The ingredients used were top-quality, and the dough was soft, light, and well-cooked.

We were recommended this restaurant by the concierge at the Social Hub Lavagnini. We’d got into Florence late and didn’t have a lot of food options. The staff, the food, the restaurant, EVERYTHING was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Just to make sure it wasn’t our tired ourselves finding anything enjoyable, we returned again 2 nights later. Just as incredible. Welcomed with a smile and food was to die for. Also, potentially the best tiramisu I’ve ever had.

This was hands down the best steak I’ve had so far in Italy. An incredible Negroni, a massive tiramisu, and amazing service. Our server was phenomenal, the atmosphere was great, and the music wonderful. You will 100% catch me going again.
