Good quality products, although in my opinion, the sweets are too sugary and the savory ones are too oily. Prices a little high.
Additional note for the owner: There is nothing wrong with my statement, sweets do not necessarily have to contain high doses of sugar, on the contrary......
They have amazing croissants. Excellent pizzas, good bread....but serving bread without gloves really isn't 😞. The service at the bar was slow and disorganized.
I recommend but needs improvement.

After a medical examination, we went to have some tea and they pointed us to Via Cibrario for the numerous pastry shops, bakeries, focaccia shops, etc. etc.
At the entrance there are well-stocked counters. I purchased a piece of potato focaccia, a piece of vegetable focaccia, which I had wrapped for dinner and a small pack of brown bread. Then they told us to sit down for the drink. We ordered a very good black charcoal croissant, three lies, three filled lies is a small puff pastry, a lemon tea and a cappuccino.
The lady at the counter was very courteous. The service, however, was extremely slow, even though the place was not full.
The disappointment was when at dinner I wanted to enjoy, after years, the focaccia with potatoes. THEY WERE RAW, I unfortunately threw it away, the other focaccia was edible.

Excellent food, but at the checkout a coldness and terrible welcome from my point of view, the lady assumes she is the owner (every day is different, but entering a place for the first time and having this feeling) also no, she didn't seem to like the presence of children. First and Last.

High quality sweet and savory bread and baked goods.
The bread can be kept for several days without becoming rubbery.
Always friendly staff.
My dad lives in Via Cibrario so he is a loyal customer and brought the Befana focaccia; the best Befana focaccia I've ever eaten! And I live in Canavese, home of this type of dessert. The peculiarity that pleasantly surprises is the slightly lighter use of butter and the highest quality orange peels inside the dough which tone down the usual slightly too pronounced taste. Excellent!!! Without photos because it was too good and we devoured it! 🥰
