A guarantee to the poet of Quartu. Classic lunches in a trendy place by the sea with refined combinations. Service always a little slow but professional. Privileged view and elegant furnishings. Excellent for romantic meetings and with little hunger. Prices as high as all similar contexts in the area. Well done

Family party spent in the venue in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Abundant and excellent quality buffet. I highly recommend it for celebrating your events!

We were there for four weeks and always enjoyed coming to Frontemare. Unfortunately we had to cancel dinner due to health problems. The response was so friendly and helpful. The beach loungers and lunch were often pure enjoyment for us. Hope to be there again.

If you are in Cagliari, you must visit the Poetto beach and this restaurant, Frontemare. During my holiday I spent 2 days there! The waiter, Alessandro is really kind, friendly, and funny but also professional. Thank you for your wonderful service! :) The food was so delicious too! And they had no problem preparing it with extra care because of my lactose (milk) intolerance. It's also a perfect place to just relax. You can lie down on the sunbeds and watch the sea with a cocktail in your hand!

The food is a guarantee, friendly staff, on sunny days the place is top. Advised.

A very lovely place with delicious food and extraordinary service. You feel taken care of and you can just enjoy your time at the beach. Place is equipped with tiny gazebos and a beach terrace. Definitely recommend to visit.

A beautiful location. It is one of the few (perhaps the only) restaurants in Cagliari right on the beach just a few meters from the sea (the others are much further back), therefore practically unbeatable from this point of view. It presents itself as a place with medium-high prices (for Cagliari) so the expectation goes hand in hand. I have been there several times years ago with great satisfaction. Not so much this time. I anticipate the ending, €72 each, more or less like the previous times. Many sore notes: A glass of bubbles to start but they only have one choice, you get that one. All dishes served without a minimum of description (in a place like this I would expect two words), in a very hasty and not exactly elegant way. Appetizers. The tentacle temptation is nothing more than a few boiled and then seared octopus tentacles accompanied by an anonymous sauce. It tastes like... octopus, and that's it, good, quite tender and fresh yes, but which I won't remember at all. The raw prawns (3 small prawns) with potato sauce, which seemed to me to taste more like cheese than potatoes, garnished with EVO oil placed there a bit at random. Anonymous dish, a dubious and unrelated combination and without particular merit. First. Linguine with prawn crudité (yes, the same little ones as before) in which the (little) prawn is dominated/cancelled by a (also good) cream of wine/garlic/etc. Furthermore, the dish was disappointingly plated, see photo. Aesthetics and flavor of a common home-made trattoria. Sweet. Much, too much millefeuille, buttery, heavy cream, out of context. An excellent €37 Vermentino, which I was already happy with, saved the situation a bit. €144 in total for two, for: 2 glasses of bubbles+ 2 starters+ 2 first courses+ 1 dessert+ bottle of wine+ Water+ 2 coffees. To conclude, by far, we didn't have a bad meal, but everything (including the service) is not adequate for the price paid. If we had saved on wine they would have been around 60 each and the matter would not have changed. The location is perhaps the only thing that is worth the price paid. (Unfortunately, the change in management is very noticeable).

Posto bello e di atmosfera, ma un po’ lasciato andare (divanetti rovinati). Servizio buono, cibo modesto rispetto al prezzo pagato. In particolare ho trovato non buono il cavolfiore, mentre erano buone le orecchiette alle verdure. Ho trovato poco professionale portarci il calice di vino senza mostrarci la bottiglia. Prezzo non adeguato alla qualità nonostante la bontà del servizio.

Abbiamo prenotato ombrelloni e tavolo in questo lido, molto bello , mare una piscina fin qui tutto benissimo… servizio ai tavoli veloce , i ragazzi ai tavoli sono molto educati ed a modo in particolar modo i ragazzi … Cucina a mio avviso nn all altezza della situazione , cozze nn fresche , frittura un po’ scura anche se sicuramente fresca e nn male di sapore … insomma un po’ deludente rispetto al contesto e anche prezzi alti rispetto alla proposta … se nn si va a ristorante merita sicuramente, se avessimo mangiato qls al volo sotto all ombrellone o anche un solo aperitivo avevano sicuramente un ricordo migliore !!
