19/08/2024: Thanks to some videos on YouTube, I went without fail to Piero's in Mondello, I ate good, fresh fish for three days and more; for example, even the cannoli is the best I have eaten compared to those eaten in Palermo, such as the one from the convent of Santa Caterina which however is too full of sugar; Piero even has the zest delivered from Piana degli Albanesi. All dishes, whether fish or salad, are top quality and tastefully seasoned. The staff welcomes you with great kindness, from the youngest who delighted us with the desserts to the more experienced who many hours before preparing these succulent dishes, which you will not easily find around.
