Wonderful stay at an unexpected hidden gem of a place. Angela was a wonderful host meeting every need we had. This quaint hilltop spa has that intimate setting and feel. Dinners were some of the best meals we had while in Italy. Out room was very comfortable and pleasing to be in. The scenery from this location is second to none. We will be back.

A short but wonderful vacation. Angela and Pietro were fantastic, always available and friendly with us and our furry friend, MILA. Excellent food, breathtaking views, a spa, and dinner in the garden with a huge fire pit. Highly recommended.

The location is truly worth it, with a beautiful view, nestled in the historic center of the town. The rooftop garden where we had aperitif is very beautiful and well-kept. The service and the products served were excellent (the porchetta was excellent!). There were eight of us and we'll be back.

10 out of 10! Highly recommended! By definition, everything can be improved... but for Angela and Pietro, the exquisite and attentive managers of Frescheria, it will be truly difficult to improve! We were their guests in early September and couldn't find a thing we didn't like: location, atmosphere, quality of food (both breakfast and dinner) and wine cellar, rooms, cleanliness, courtesy, helpfulness... We left already looking in the calendar for a date as close as possible to return!

We had dinner in a lovely place, the food deserves 5 stars,...don't forget to ask for the roast potatoes!

I stayed 3 nights at Frescheria and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and functional and the place is fantastic. We found so much calm and so much friendliness and care from the managers. The dinner was also good, to be consumed under the pine trees, or sitting on the lawn if you like

Very nice atmosphere, nice music in the background….a good cocktail! If you are in the area, it is really worth it!
