We booked at Fratelli Torcinelli for a Sunday lunch and absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. A good selection of wines by the bottle or glass. The fava bean and chicory appetizer and the zampina sausage for the main course are highly recommended! Definitely worth a try!

Brilliantly cooked Italian food. Quirky menu in a good way, home cooking vibes, service with a smile. We loved it.

Vincenzo and his team are simply amazing — particularly kind and accommodating with my little sisters fussy requests. The kind of service you don’t see anymore. Food is simply amazing- fresh products, simple dishes and incredibly tasty. Will be back and will recommend!! Grazie milleeeeee

What a lovely discovery.
Same management as Trippa, and it shows.
Let's start with the location. Very well-kept, 1960s/70s-style. From the chairs to the glasses.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Two waiters like that are hard to find these days.
Let's start with the appetizers: fava beans and friggitteli, a rich and delicate puree with friggitelli peppers on the side.
The tomato focaccia was also very tasty, but I would have preferred it to be crispier on the bottom.
The two first courses were different and both were carefully prepared.
The only flaw was the portions. A bit small.
Busiate pasta with eggplant, cherry tomatoes, and cacioricotta: very good, balanced. All the ingredients were well-presented, resulting in a harmonious balance.
Orecchiette with horse and colt ragù was among the best dishes we had. Tenacious orecchiette, wrapped in a sauce that reminded me of old-fashioned meat sauce. In a word: delicious (scrap the sauce and mop it up).
Let's move on to the main courses (good portions here): both the bombette and the sausage were well-made, accompanied by delicious baked potatoes and the aforementioned friggitelli peppers.
The horsemeat tartare was also well-made and delicate.
To finish, a slice of fig cake. Caldina (perhaps too much), a good dessert, neither good nor bad. The fig, in my opinion, wasn't highlighted to its fullest. Perhaps a little more fig cream would have been better.
First and second courses are €15, cover charge €1.50. Focaccia €10.
It was truly a great experience, one I would highly recommend.
The chef's attention to detail in every single dish is evident, which, combined with the skill of the dining room staff, makes Fratelli Torcinelli a place you'll want to return to.

A true neighborhood restaurant, authentic, delicious, with perfectly mastered dishes and a great selection of wines. Go there with your eyes closed, you'll enjoy yourself! And above all, order the bombete, they are to die for.
