Having traveled throughout Italy for work, I've had the opportunity to visit many grocery stores and butchers, including the very famous CECCHINI in Panzano. I can confidently say that MACELLERIA RIZZIERI IS ONE OF THE BEST BUTCHER SHOPS IN ITALY. The wide selection of meats and their quality, the result of rigorous control of the supply chain, exercised by Rizzieri from the birth of the animals, to the rigorous feeding, to the environment in which the animals must live to ensure their health, etc., are among the qualities that make up their superb meats. The cured meats are also excellent, especially the RIZZIERI ham, and the various roast rolls and carefully selected cheeses are excellent. In the shop you can also find many other delicacies, from jams to pasta to chocolates, etc. It is a place of excellence that absolutely must be frequented!!!

The meat is excellent and their dishes, such as asado, BBQ ribs, etc., are also fabulous. A real guarantee.
