The first time, we stumbled upon this place more by chance, but the pizza was world-class, so we absolutely had to come back. And this time, we weren't disappointed. The patisserie is also highly recommended.

07/07/2025: We happened upon the Aeolian skewer by chance. A more than positive experience, very fresh fish, expertly cooked, speed of service that left us speechless. The chef and owner, a very nice person, welcoming and extremely polite. What can I say...we highly recommend it!
