We went to this restaurant on Friday evening. The restaurant is very welcoming. Excellent welcome also from the dining room staff ready to satisfy every need with a smile. Let's start with an exceptional and abundant appetizer (the porchetta melted in your mouth), the first courses are unquestionably delicious and traditional, kebabs that will drive you crazy, but for sure, I'll be back! Absolutely worth trying! You will be happy with it

Incredible osteria, real Roman experience in the heart of Ariccia. Homemade fettuccine with porchetta cream sauce was one of the best dish I ever had. Grazie!

Let's say that in Ariccia alle fraschette you can eat well everywhere, but here apart from the friendliness of the staff, the food is nothing special, a simple mountain appetizer has more choice compared to their appetizer, many foods that tradition requires were missing. The first courses were tasteless and we stopped there, but the bill was adequate compared to other fraschettas (where we ate twice as much compared to theirs).

We went for lunch on Sunday and luckily we had booked... the place, despite having far too many tables, was packed.
Very good genuine food, generous portions, very good porchetta
The service was a little slow but that's understandable given the turnout.

When good food and tradition meet... the place is super special, it almost reminds us of a house with many guests, but the staff is what struck us most. Great people, cheerful and approachable, fast service and amazing price (it's rare now to eat a lot and pay less than €20 per person) I RECOMMEND!!!

We chose this fraschetta for the photos of the abundant and inviting dishes.
Unfortunately, we booked the day before based on the pre-established times: either from 12pm to 2pm, or from 2pm to 4pm.
We took two fettuccine with porchetta cream, excellent and recommended; a fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, not recommended, was a plain pasta drained without flavor; a pappardella with wild boar, good and a tripe, also very good.
Very welcoming staff but not very informed about the dishes of the day or in any case not very exhaustive.
The fraschetta is located right in the center.
