Great service, efficient, friendly and attentive. Excellent beef, it’s hearty. I would have served it with potatoes or polenta rather than fries, but it’s a matter of taste.

Characteristic Stube is one of the favorite restaurants in Bolzano, good local cuisine especially meat, good choice of wines, discreet service, they are always full and it is advisable to book.

After spending the day trekking on Pordoi we decide to have dinner in beautiful Bolzano. Our research was aimed at a typical restaurant, not so much in terms of furnishings, but rather in terms of dishes and
We were pleasantly surprised to find typical features even in the restaurant with warm and historic interiors. The dishes are traditional and not only and the staff is kind, fast and very organised.
Just a shame about the prices being a little too high.

In drei unterschiedlichen Bereichen wird man hier vor den Häusern in der Fußgängerzone bedient. Wie es Innen aussieht weis ich nicht, aber bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen will man da eh nicht sitzen. Der Ober in meinem Bereich war super freundlich. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt.

Abbiamo pranzato in questi ristorante nei tavolini fuori. Il locale è proprio accanto alla bellissima chiesa dei francescani con il chiostro. Abbiamo preso un buonissimo carpaccio di cervo e uno stinchetto arrosto con patate . Tutto molto buono. Per concludere il pasto abbiamo preso il tagliere di formaggi della Val di Fassa. Inoltre abbiamo preso il caffè. Conto sui 35 a testa.

Very good food, prompt service.. the only flaw.. the heat.. unfortunately it was full outside.. inside the air conditioned room the last seats were reserved.. and the temperature in the central room.. the temperature was at the limit of tolerance
