My colleagues and I had lunch here on a business trip. I'd like to say I was thrilled, but the dumplings and goulash dish left us a little perplexed. The meat was good and really tender, but the two slightly mini dumplings had no flavor at all. And to say that I wasn't expecting anything else, maybe we were just unlucky.

Typical South Tyrolean restaurant. Efficient and friendly service. Excellent quality and flavorful lunch. Tagliatelle with hare ragù...spectacular! Average-high prices, but excellent value. We'll gladly return.

Finding a restaurant open for lunch on Sundays in Bolzano is truly difficult... That said, we found excellent cuisine featuring typical Tyrolean dishes. The Alpine ox and goulash were excellent. I recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

The dumplings at the beginning were our highlight – light and fluffy, yet with a pleasant bite. The meat in both main courses was tender. The service was excellent, and we could easily have a conversation (there was no echo). For the two of us, with three drinks, a starter, and two main courses, we paid around €92.

An excellent experience in every way. Everything was truly excellent, from the food to the wines, with carefully crafted dishes and quality ingredients. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the staff were always available and attentive to making everything enjoyable. The comfortable setting and pleasant atmosphere make this a highly recommended destination for those seeking good food and great hospitality in South Tyrol, right in the heart of Bolzano's historic center, housed in a historic building that makes everything even more spectacular!
