A wonderfully magical place with incredibly friendly staff and great food. The wines and gin are also worth the trip.

Immersed in the Maremma park. Very nice and welcoming place. Menu with a nice choice of very well-prepared and good dishes. Top wine and beer of their own production. They also have gin whisky of their own production

Amazing place, great for a break! Great cocktails, appetizers and desserts. We will be back to try the dinner. Highly recommended, a must try!

Beautiful little place in the countryside, among many farms. Tables and sofas outside, but also places inside the place. Recommended by a local, we wanted to try their beers, as they are craft, and we showed up for an aperitif. We hadn't booked but I recommend you do. For two small beers and a dish to nibble on, we spent less than €15 and it was worth it. For our dish, we chose a cauliflower hummus accompanied by carasau bread. And finally, before leaving, we took a look at their brewery that can be admired as soon as you enter the place and the next room where they hold the Gin course.

07/07/2025: Very beautiful place, for those who love nature and obviously horses and excursions.. Excellent cuisine with 0 km products. Located in a valley surrounded by woods.
29/06/2025: Wonderful relaxing place to regenerate, be with other people from different countries and states, go on fabulous treks and eat great food.

Cantina L'Ottava Rima

10/06/2025: The name cantina is certainly suitable for the wine selection and the very special location, but it is not exhaustive for the gastronomic offer. An ancient cellar dug into the tuff, with quality gastronomic proposals, which enhance the typical and sometimes forgotten products of local agriculture such as lupin soup, roveia and wild herbs, or "creative" reinterpretations such as dolmades alla soranese. The pastry made with potatoes and pecorino is very original. The menu offers a good number of naturally gluten-free dishes. A unique experience that is remembered with pleasure. Well done, keep it up!
