Everything was super good (from the appetizers to the meat) and very plentiful. The atmosphere was clean and tidy. The hostess was courteous and kind. We'll be back as soon as possible.

The food is good. A bit pricey, the prices aren't up to date on Google. The dishes cost 15 euros, the menu 20 euros. They're friendly, although the place has no particular appeal, not even background music. They offer thoughtful touches like a starter and a few shots, which is appreciated.

Excellent value for money, extensive menu... we started with meat and seafood appetizers in total, there were more than 10, all excellent and fresh, and finished with a first course, dessert, water, and bitter coffee for 20 euros each. (There were two of us). Excellent service. Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant last night (August 6), encouraged both by word of mouth and the excellent reviews.
The restaurant is located in the historic center, so parking may be a challenge. However, we were lucky: we found a paid spot about a hundred meters away.
The restaurant appears to have been converted from what was probably a private home, so don't expect large reception rooms, but rather rooms adapted for the purpose, with tables set up wherever possible, including outside.
Let's be clear: if you follow a specific diet or prefer à la carte dining, this might not be the right place. The menu is fixed, with no menu, and offers three options for 20, 25, or 30 euros, differing only in the number of courses (more or less starters and main courses).
All menus start with 12 appetizers (yes, twelve!) offering a veritable array of typical Apulian dishes: dairy products, eggplant, zucchini, fava beans, capocollo... a journey through traditional flavors.
Nothing like gourmet cuisine: here you dive into the past, into those genuine flavors reminiscent of Sunday lunches with your parents and grandmothers. It's true traditional Apulian cuisine, unfussy yet rich in authenticity.
We chose the €20 menu, which included a second course, and opted for the mixed grill. Truth be told, we were already full after the appetizers, but with chicken livers, bombette, and the like... how could you say no?
The price also includes water and, in our case, half a liter of local red wine.
What more can I say, except that the welcome was exemplary? An experience we recommend to those seeking authentic flavors, generous portions, and a family atmosphere.
It will be added to our list of restaurants to return to, perhaps for lunch :-)

Quando voglio sentirmi coccolata, prenoto sempre un tavolo qui... Antipasto abbondante con prelibatezze della cucina locale... Primi super buonissimi e abbondanti come i secondi...

Piacevole serata ieri da Frammenti d'Itria.
Siamo partiti con l'antipasto della casa... e non finiva più! Un piatto dietro l'altro con salumi e formaggi locali, polpettine, verdure e un sacco di altre cose deliziose. Si sentiva che la roba era fresca e di qualità. Già solo con quello eravamo quasi a posto.
Poi però è arrivato il secondo: un piattone di carne mista alla brace che abbiamo diviso. Salsiccia, bombette, capocollo... tutto cotto alla perfezione, tenero e saporito.
Il locale è quello giusto, bello rustico con la pietra a vista ma senza troppi fronzoli. I ragazzi del servizio sono stati veloci e simpatici.
Siamo usciti rotolando ma davvero soddisfatti. Conto più che onesto, soprattutto per quanto e come abbiamo mangiato. Se siete a Ceglie e volete mangiare carne buona e sapori veri, andateci.
