I discovered this place in an emergency situation, as I was in Monforte, but no one else had a table for one. I called the restaurant and they told me there was room. Upon entering, the restaurant is small but charming, and there's also an upstairs. I ordered: burrata with black truffle (an explosion of flavors, impeccable);
tajarin with truffle (classic, but with an amazing flavor, especially the truffles); beef braised in Barolo with puree (a generous dish, delicious); green salad, dessert, and coffee. The service was impeccable, the dishes were gorgeous and well-portioned. In total, I spent about 50 euros. The location is excellent, as the restaurant is located at the foot of the Church of the Madonna della Neve. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, we expected a different experience: the pizzas weren't exactly top-notch but were still good, the owner was friendly and helpful, and the waitress wasn't exactly professional. It's a shame we were seated at a table for two (despite having made a reservation) when other tables remained empty the entire evening; between the four dishes and the drinks, it just wasn't enough. Given the price we paid, we expected more. There's room for improvement.

The pizzas were delicious and varied.
The location is very pleasant, as the terrace is next to a small park and a church. The service was attentive and the prices were reasonable.
In addition to pizzas, they have a wide variety of dishes, especially those typical of the area.
They also have an extensive wine list, both from Piedmont itself and beyond, and a wide variety of beers from different countries.
Recommended if you're spending the day in Monforte d'Alba.
