We can’t say enough positive things about our experience at the Four Seasons. Our friend has an illness that requires NO fat and the chef, along with the owner created dishes she could eat. The veal was fantastic and the best meal she has had since being diagnosed with pancreatitis. All of the dishes were well prepared and absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend going out of your way to try the dishes here!! We will be back on our next trip to Italy ❤️

Always delicious food, friendly staff, affordable

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance one lunchtime. We were able to eat there as a couple with our dog (it was a very kind gesture to bring her a bowl of water). The place is magnificent. What's more, the dishes are of a rare and exceptional quality. As a vegetarian, I had the porcini pasta, which was delicious! My husband had the black potato and he enjoyed it. The desserts, tatin and tiramisu, were also excellent. The entire service was attentive and of high quality; we highly recommend it!

The chef adapted the dishes for my pregnant wife, with a kindness and helpfulness that was truly rewarding. The wine by the glass had a bouquet of aromas that perfectly paired with the fresh tagliolini, Normandy butter, and black truffle. The dessert was a delicious tartlet, with a hint of cinnamon that tasted like a Sunday afternoon. A welcoming and warm location, right in the center of Martina Franca. Impeccable service.

His menu, with its new additions and must-have "fixed" dishes (like tagliolini with Normandy butter and truffle!), is a guaranteed taste sensation that makes you think about returning as soon as you walk in the door. And for lovers of good wine, the exceptional wine cellar is unmissable! For three years, it's been a must-visit, and every time we can't wait to return. Mimmo and his entire staff are always welcoming, kind, and professional. The menu is varied, with top-quality ingredients. Even during this challenging time, the quality has remained extremely high. I highly recommend it, and for us, it remains a staple of our vacation.
