've been to Found Sushi Vertemate multiple times, and each visit is a delightful experience. The recent renovation has taken the restaurant to another level. It has always been my top choice for sushi, and this time was no different. The consistency in delivering high-quality food has never disappointed me. The ambiance after the renovation is truly special, creating a wonderful dining atmosphere. The staff is not just polite but also incredibly nice and pleasant, which adds to the overall experience. The service is lightning-fast, ensuring you don't have to wait long to enjoy your favorite sushi. The app they've introduced for the menu and orders is a game-changer. It's efficient and user-friendly, making the whole process seamless. Everything about Found Sushi Vertemate feels perfect. What sets them apart are the unique and special dishes on their menu. These culinary creations add an exciting twist to traditional sushi, making every visit a culinary adventure. If you're a sushi lover, this place is a must-visit. Update 08.2025 Found Restaurant continues to be one of the best places in the area: an elegant atmosphere, consistent quality, a modern ordering experience, and—most importantly—a staff that's always friendly, kind, and helpful. A true gem that I highly recommend trying... and trying again!

Nice place even if the wear and tear due to the large amount of drinks is making itself noticeable both in the service and in the place.

Its interior is certainly impressive, but the exterior is rather bland. I've eaten at another branch of this chain in Vigevano, and there the service was slow and slow. Here, however, the dishes were so fast that we were out in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we didn't like this service policy. (When I say service, I'm not referring to the staff, who were extremely kind and efficient.) The dishes were good, except for the steamed ravioli, which we found thawed and then served. Otherwise, it was okay. €73 for three, including just two liters of water. Recommendation? Yes, it's worth it. Trying it again might be a way to reconsider the service.

Recensione che comprende varie esperienze (sia pranzo che cena) in questo ristorante. Oramai è il mio ristorante di fiducia quando esco per mangiare sushi in formula all you can eat. Il menù pranzo è sicuramente meno ricco rispetto al menù cena, e questo giustifica la differenza di prezzo. Personalmente ritengo molto più valida la proposta serale, quindi penso valga la pena spendere di più per concedersi un'esperienza più completa. Nonostante ciò, anche il menù pranzo è ricco ed interessante. La qualità degli ingredienti è ottima. Il locale è molto elegante e raffinato. Nota di merito alla modalità di prenotazione estremamente comoda: si ordina direttamente dal proprio smartphone, e si può ordinare quante volte si vuole.

Ottimo ristorante giapponese,ambiente molto carino con una vasta scelta di cibi,a noi che piace il crudo di pesce ha veramente molte pietanze appetitose,personale simpatico e pronto a consigliarti,siamo stati sia a mezzogiorno che a cena,ampio parcheggio👍
