We went for dinner with a group of friends and we had a great time, everything was excellent from the very elegant location to the service and the very high quality food. We were surprised by the pizza, the dough is very fragrant, soft and crunchy... everything else was delicious and well organised! Congratulations and thanks for the lovely evening, we will definitely be back!

Such a pity! The place is very nice..furniture..lights..perhaps the music is a little too loud Attentive and very friendly and professional staff Too bad the food... definitely not up to everything else

14/10/2024: Servicio muy rápido y acogedor en una buena ubicación. Sin embargo, cuando se olvidan por completo de su pedido, y luego traen pizza mal horneada y no hacen nada para hacerlo bien, sino encogerse de hombros, le hace preguntarse acerca de su elección de restaurante. Renunciar al cargo por servicio o recargar nuestro vino habría sido un buen gesto. En cambio... reciben esta crítica.
24/09/2024: Viajamos durante la noche desde Boston y a las 4: 30 PM simplemente estaban agotados. Teniendo solo un día en Palermo, caminamos hasta la Catedral y encontramos a Carlo V de regreso entre el almuerzo y la cena. El equipo era muy amable, charlando con nosotros entre inglés e italiano. Personalizaron un aperitivo -que estaba delicioso- para cuatro e hicieron una gran recomendación de vino asequible. Cannolo fue el mejor que he tenido. Fresco, ligero y la cantidad justa de dulce. Bienvenida manera de terminar el día completo de viaje.
