A beautiful discovery. You immediately understand that you are in an elegant environment, tastefully cared for. Then nothing is left to chance, from the very kind staff to the impeccable service. The real surprise, however, was the pizza, a cloud of lightness, and incredibly good. One of the best, if not the best, in all of Palermo. At the end of the evening the bill reflects what the house offers, but it is definitely money well spent. Highly recommended place, I will definitely return.

Il locale e’ intimo, silenzioso ed elegante. Il personale gentile e rapido. Le pizze erano indimenticabili: leggere e dai sapori unici, soprattutto la loro “ Trentino”, molto grandi e con ingredienti freschissimi. Il tiramisù buono e diverso dalle numerose pizzerie che lo propongono a Palermo.

To get away from the bedlam of tourists, you need to return to the buildings of Palermo in the 80s. Here you will find a nice environment, a bit of a wine bar and a bit of a Parisian bistro. The pizza is excellent, the burgers and meats are really high quality. They aim high with the prices of some dishes (also due to the raw materials chosen) perhaps too high for an evening with friends, but the offer is varied. The choice of plates, glasses and cutlery is tasteful and of great quality (riedel for the glasses) and also deserves applause.
