01/02/2026: We spontaneously decided to spend a night here and received a truly warm welcome. The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished, yet with a touch of tradition. We were particularly impressed by the location: from the breakfast table, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards. Furthermore, Brixen (also suitable for families with children: our son is 8 years old) is about a 20-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back :-)
10/01/2026: The food and staff are top-notch, but the property could use a makeover. We stayed at Hotel Pachers for New Year's Eve with our dogs. The food and staff deserve a special mention: the food is simply sublime, varied, and refined, and the staff is young, highly trained, and very polite. Unfortunately, the property was a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel. We were assigned a room in the older section: spacious but with dated and worn furniture, a small closet, no minibar, and cleanliness could also be improved. The spa was also undersized, with cold pool water. The location is convenient for exploring nearby towns, but less so for those who want to get skiing right away, and it doesn't offer a view.
Although they do allow dogs, they don't offer anything for them, like beds, bowls, etc., which we've found in other hotels. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days, but compared to other 4-star hotels in the area, the property (in the unrenovated section) is a step down.
