360° top oven. Delicious bread and fresh pastries (I recommend the frangipane cake). The pizza, and especially the schiacciata with cracklings, are amazing. Fast service, even with a long queue. The space is large and tidy, and you can see that they pay attention to every detail. Excellent quality/price ratio.
