Simply quality service always! Ingredients and workmanship, impeccable. It has no equal. I asked for everything in a vegan version, super great! (Panini cunzati, Sfincione, rustico, pizza with potatoes, pizza with vegetables, bread) All naturally leavened and cooked in a wood oven with olive wood

Panificio sito in una piccola via nel centro di Monreale, a mio parere è una bottega che contiene l'autentica tradizione della panificazione monrealese. Anche biscotti, pizza monrealese, pane cunzato ed altro.

The perfect place for a late breakfast / light lunch / afternoon snack. Highly recommend the white one with onions and a range of cheeses. The service very friendly and helpful, so no issue with language barrier. And affordable!

Recommended by a museum employee, we ate a complete cunzatu bread freshly prepared, fresh and truly tasty. I tried a typical local biscuit, good and crunchy, and I bought 2 bags. I highly recommend it!
