Good quality baked goods and the bread in particular is available in many varieties and very good by Bolognese standards. The real flaw is the value for money. Although the products are very good, the price is really too high. However, it is always frequented by many people so for many it is obviously not a problem.

I am so impressed with this place! The focaccia was delicious! The coffee delicious! The croissant fluffy and fresh! The girls/serving very friendly and they all have such a nice personality and they were spreading a lot of good vibes. The place is nice, modern, colourful and fresh. I think I just found my favourite place in Bologna! For sure we are going to come back soon!

It is a bakery with excellent bread and croissants and an organic bar corner. Too bad it's quite small and in the morning there is a queue to access the service.

Excellent quality bread. The higher than average cost is due to the fact that the flours come from their farm and the other ingredients are traced and do not come from exploitation of labor and land. The service isn't very fast just because, when you need them, they look at you in the face and maybe even exchange a few words with you. Exceptional coffee and cappuccinos.

19/05/2025: The place from the outside looks maybe not very inviting because it is at the foot of a condominium on a street characterized by the passage of a medium voltage power line, but there is a large parking lot nearby. Yet we chose it for a lunch to celebrate a communion. Inside the place appears sober and welcoming. The managers more than consistent with the agreed price have thought of everything, from small flowers for a festive table to the final cake. The rich appetizers confirm the name of the place itself: flavors of Puglia! (Among the many, personally, I really appreciated the chicory and broad beans and the expertly cooked seafood salad) The wines available are all good Puglia wines. The service was always precise, punctual and courteous. We will obviously return, but I recommend trying or rediscovering some real Puglia dishes.
10/05/2025: We live in the area and we already frequent this place a few times with relatives and friends, we are not from Puglia but we are enthusiastic about their cuisine, their kindness and courtesy and the cleanliness of the place at an adequate price, highly recommended!!!!

10/04/2025: I can only add further compliments to this place, one of the few remaining that not only offers quality raw materials, but even more, dedicates experience and passion to knowing how to cook it. Many of the dishes presented not only tell the story of the tradition, but also the time it takes to prepare them and the experience of manual skills in the kitchen, so they are worth the price presented! The place is suggestive, a few meters away is a block of sandstone where you can climb and do via ferratas, one more reason to then stop at the end of the day at the Hosteria Rocca di Badolo Highly recommended, we will definitely return
08/04/2025: I knew the place because I lived in that area, I went there a couple of times many years ago. Today for my partner's birthday I decided to go back. Excellent choice. We ate very well, the service was excellent. We will definitely be back.
