Characteristic sparkling atmosphere, equipped with everything. The brioche is delicious and super abundant, the coffee is excellent. The cups are ironic

Excellent variety of bread types, I would like to point out two facts: they proudly assert that they are also a roastery therefore they have the shortest coffee supply chain, i.e. lower costs. So the price of coffee at €1.50 seems excessive to me. As well as the prices of pizzas, pastas and other products which, on the grounds that they are made with first-rate materials, are clearly a little too expensive.

Much like the other Forno Brisa not too far away, this is a great place for a coffee, a slice of pizza and some wine. I opted for a slice of the marinara pizza with a flat white to drink. The perfect breakfast.

At Forno Brisa I appreciated the large choice of croissants and Venetians, not easy to find, I tasted the Venetian Brisella with a good cappuccino, I also confirm that I was hoping to find more filling in the Venetian, but all very good and a nice place, with cheerful and kind people at the service 😃. Possibility of seating and also being able to purchase products such as creams, jams and very nice gadgets, worth trying!

Very nice and welcoming place, great choice of sweet and savory, with also several vegan choices. Very kind staff. Prices a little high, but it's okay anyway.

09/12/2024: Tasting menu portions are really very small... tasty appetizer, scamorza wrapped in grilled ham, cold and white tagliatelle with blackberry ragù, but since they were only 2 forkfuls, we didn't even ask to heat them up and season them anything else. Good tortelli. Second course of meat with lard... the meat was excellent, too bad it was cold and the lard didn't melt. Abundant dessert, 2 slices of trifle. The dishes of those who didn't take the tasting were good, but the portions were still small... excellent mascarpone.
14/10/2024: The stop in Valsellustra is always comfortable and pleasant, solid cuisine with high quality raw materials. No frills, all substance
