Excellent quality bread. The higher than average cost is due to the fact that the flours come from their farm and the other ingredients are traced and do not come from exploitation of labor and land. The service isn't very fast just because, when you need them, they look at you in the face and maybe even exchange a few words with you. Exceptional coffee and cappuccinos.

excellent oven, but not only. lots of vegan options. Very good food. Suitable for a breakfast, a snack or even a lunch. A few steps from Bologna station.

When I go to Bologna, Forno Brisa is practically an obligatory stop. They make amazing bread and everyone is so nice! Even the desserts and pizzas are truly amazing! It's not super cheap but it's really worth it, also because the raw materials are of excellent quality! Super recommended!

The perfect place to start the day. We discovered it when we arrived in Bologna waiting for the time to check into the accommodation and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. Everything was delicious, both sweet and salty, and the coffee was incredible. And the attention from them is exceptional. Super recommended place, they have space inside the premises and outside on a covered terrace.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Excellent Saturday products and desserts. Friendly service The coffee they roast is also very good. I will definitely return.
