Excellent food and great professionalism, kindness, and harmony. You feel like you're having a family lunch. The quality of the products and the value for money are good. It's now an institution in San Martino. I recommend anyone who doesn't know this place to visit immediately. I've been going there since it was just a simple bakery. Well done, you're continuing a long-standing tradition.

Good and well-seasoned pizzas, terrible the sfincione in a pan both white and red the dough is rubbery, I was disappointed it's not like it used to be!! Decent price-quality ratio, high prices for what you get.

It seems like they paid me, but I don't think I've ever eaten such a good pizza crust! The cod appetizer was superb. Unmissable.

Highly recommended! Kind, helpful and above all delicious food. I absolutely recommend the porchetta sandwich and ricotta cassatelle.

Vado spesso alla Forneria. Mangio bene,sono coccolato dal personale e dalla famiglia Messina . Ho portato degli amici per far conoscere le bontà del posto .

06/06/2025: I know this beautiful restaurant that is located near my home and I have dined there several times always eating very tasty dishes, for this reason I asked the chef Gustave if he was willing to provide me with the catering for a dinner at home: the result was exciting: delicious food just made! brought by his collaborators at several times... Like being at a restaurant in your own home! Guests also ecstatic about a surprising seafood paella prepared by the chef (who has been in Spain for 4 years) especially for the occasion. Highly recommended for an elegant and special dinner

11/07/2025: A very nice and welcoming place in the center of Palermo, with polite and professional staff. We ate excellent quality meat, we really enjoyed it, highly recommended!
27/06/2025: Great steakhouse, super nice service and atmosphere. New experience for me to go with the waiter to choose the meat and get recommendations on what would be best for me. I had a great time and highly recommend this for a great dinner. Very happy customer.
