We finally tried La Forneria, a charming place with the Ponte Vecchio shining in our light during dinner. The pizza was very good and the tagliolini with truffles were delicious. The service and hospitality were excellent. I recommend everyone to try this gem right in the center. Thanks, Sara! 😍 Edoardo, our waiter, was friendly and patient with us.

I was here in June. The place is large, elegantly decorated, and has big windows overlooking the Arno River. An amazing experience. The food was good.

Absolutely amazing! We stopped in and had the meatball appetizer, mortadella & anchovy appetizer, pumpkin gnocchi, and diavola pizza. We loved everything! The pumpkin cream sauce on the gnocchi was amazing, and the burrata on the diavola pizza was a unique twist and delicious. This restaurant should be ranked much much higher!

The staff are lovely, the view of the Ponte Vecchio is magical, the fresh, house-made pasta is a delight, especially the truffle pasta, and the value for money in Florence is very good.

29/06/2026: Absolutely incredible sushi spot in the Campo di Marte area. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, but the sashimi was on another level, easily some of the best I’ve had. The quality of the fish really stands out from the first bite. The atmosphere made the whole night even better: great food, great friends, and a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. And don’t skip dessert! the coconut mochi was outstanding and the perfect way to finish the meal. Already looking forward to coming back.
