Everything is excellent, it's definitely better in winter because that fire in the pizza oven in summer isn't the best thing.

We went to this pizzeria for a friend's birthday and we chose the pizza tour. The pizzas were really very good, some even special; it's a shame that the space was very narrow and you couldn't get through very well if you unfortunately sat on the wall side.

Trattoria La Madia

17/10/2025: We like to thank the staff at La Madia for their incredible service, most specially Ryan who took care of us on October 15. We came back tonight , October 16 and brought our priest and Her Excellency Lieutenant of the Dames and Knights of the Holy Sepulcher. We were here in Firenze for 3 days from the US for the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage. We just chanced on LaMadia walking back to our Hotel the other night. The pasta and seafood were excellent and the service even better. We'd sure recommend your place to our friends who'll be visiting Firenze in the future! Thank you very much!!!
15/10/2025: I went to this place for a quick dinner. The atmosphere and food are simple but flavorful. The best part was the attentive and fast service.

23/08/2025: Fantastic Tuscan food al fresco in a rustic, old-fashioned setting, with generous portions. Recommended!
20/08/2025: A beautiful, cool spot high up in the mountains. The food was local, quality. The only downside that day was the wait. It was probably an unusual day. It was worth the wait, however, as everything was very good and plentiful.
