I don’t usually review restaurants in Milan. 99% of the time I leave with that feeling of “that was ok but overpriced” kinda feeling. Food Writers represented instead the 1% that makes the other 99% worth it. Simply delicious. The service was amazing. The food was pure joy. We were four friends. Got the plateau royale and ten-ish dishes to share. All ranged from extremely good to “this makes the top 10 of best dished I’ve ever had”. Simply one of the best food experience I had in my 36 years. Thank you.

Fresh seafood specialties and delicious oysters from the best selections (try their San Michele...).
Good wine list and Champagne suitable for the type of menu proposed, some imported directly. Good variety of raw fish also proposed in recipes with reinterpretations of regional Italian specialties (the parmigiana: caramelized aubergine with burrata and red prawn, an absolute must try) It does NOT make first courses such as pasta and risotto but there are several valid alternatives. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Good value for money

A lovely, simple, and welcoming place, with a delicate aroma of grilled food welcoming you as soon as you enter. Excellent service from friendly, talented staff. The food is fantastic, each dish better than the last, thanks to the excellent ingredients and the various expertly crafted combinations, making for a fantastic experience. The only things I didn't appreciate were the oddly laid out menu, which forced me to flip back and forth (and I ended up ordering the wrong thing, luckily everything was delicious). The lack of a coherent reading of the dishes, and the acoustics, which become quite loud and annoying when it starts to fill up. Perhaps sound-absorbing panels on the ceiling and in some corners would improve the situation. In any case, a place worth trying and definitely returning to. 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt.

Impossible not to give 5 stars to this little restaurant! The environment is refined without being formal, with the open kitchen that holds the scene wherever you are seated. Upon entering you are immediately greeted by welcoming smiles, as well as a very pleasant aroma of embers.
The menu in my opinion is not only interesting but really original: oysters and raw fish and then the cooked section, divided by type of fish: molluscs, crustaceans, white fish, blue fish and the inevitable side dishes. For each section there are appetizers and first courses. Although the ingredients are absolutely traditional, the dishes are very original and very inviting.
We ordered perhaps too much but we didn't know how to choose. Everything was exceptional, but the risotto with raw fish and fish soup and the grilled cuttlefish were my favorites.
The service is really precise, professional but at the same time friendly. So many people work to make this restaurant work well both in the kitchen and outside, all with a smile. A pleasure for the palate and for the experience.
The restaurant is definitely not cheap, also because the appetizer portions are not large and in my opinion sharing serves more than one per person. However, I find the price absolutely justified by the quality of the experience and the creativity of the dishes. We took 4 raw shrimp, 4 shared appetizers, a side dish, a shared first course, two desserts and we spent 170 euros with just one glass of wine.
I will come back to try the rest. Really good.

Locale elegante e minimalista, molto accogliente. Personale professionale e molto gentile senza essere invadente.
Ampia varietà di pesce di ottima qualità.
Molto particolari gli spaghetti con vongole alla brace e ottima l'ombrina. Buonissimo il dolce, una rivisitazione del tiramisù.
Unico rammarico: non esserci venuti prima.

In un locale popolato di identità culinarie, è facile sentirsi privilegiati. Amici, curiosi, complici del delitto. Se il crudo è l’essenza del richiamo, la griglia diventa la vera protagonista. Uno, due, tre chef in uno. Soliloqui d’autore e qualche virtuosismo che non può essere dimenticato. Dall’ostrica alla milanese, al pan salato, passando per piattini da condividere che donano atmosfera ad un locale distratto. Peccato per un conto gonfiato da sbadataggine. Anche il dettaglio è parte dell’esperienza.
