The atmosphere was welcoming, authentic, and the service was very pleasant, but the real star was the cutlet on the bone: simply spectacular. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, perfectly golden, and with a quality of meat you can taste at first bite. One of those cutlets that make you understand why Milanese cuisine, when done well, can be memorable. Without exaggeration, one of the best cutlets I've had in Milan in recent years. You can sense the great attention to the ingredients and preparation, with truly impeccable cooking. Sincere compliments to the kitchen; I'll definitely be back.
