Best and freshest sushi in town. Very friendly staff. We came with a baby and could sit in the semi-private area that was quite so our baby could peacefully sleep.

We regularly visit this sushi restaurant – and we're always impressed! The quality is simply outstanding: the sushi is always fresh, perfectly prepared, and incredibly delicious. The service is always friendly and attentive! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, nice atmosphere in restaurant. Sushi were delicious. I liked the best mansa roll (sweet), never tried like this before. Asia Sprizz has sweet-sour taste with very pleasant price 5.60 eur

14/12/2025: It was all so delicious I could have applauded with every bite! The staff was incredibly kind, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and Bamboo has now become our favorite place here in Bolzano ❤️

30/10/2025: I've been to Bolzano many times. I've tried some good restaurants, but: what friendly, professional, and warm service. The food: it was recommended to us by the owner. And we were more than pleasantly surprised. So good and of such high quality. From now on, a must-try.
