Here's how our experience went: The Food: Quality and Respect for Raw Materials We began with the great classics, masterfully executed: • Fassona Beef Tartare: Simply perfect. The freshest meat, hand-minced as tradition dictates, is served with delicate sauces and a variety of aromatic herbs that enhance the meat's natural flavor without overpowering it. • Veal with Tuna Sauce and Mixed Antipasti: The veal with tuna sauce is the classic, with a thick, rich sauce. Also noteworthy are the fried gnocco (or "friciule"), served hot and fragrant with local cured meats: light and not at all greasy. • Gurnard Fillet with Vegetables: A fresh and balanced dish. The meat was incredibly tender, enhanced by a fragrant herb sauce and accompanied by crispy carrots that added just the right amount of color and flavor. Ambience and Service The atmosphere is that of the welcoming Asti hills, ideal for both a family lunch and a dinner with friends. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and can also offer excellent recommendations on the wine list (which obviously focuses heavily on excellent local wines). In summary: Excellent value for money for those who want to eat "truly well." We will definitely be back to try the pasta dishes and desserts! Tip: If you go on the weekend, reservations are practically a must.

Excellent food, friendly staff. It's a shame the place isn't very intimate.

We set off on a motorcycle tour from Milan, and I'd searched for the restaurant based solely on reviews. I have to confirm everything I'd read: the place is very peaceful and quiet, and everything was delicious (I think the meat ravioli with brown sauce is one of the best dishes I've ever eaten). I'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, we found ourselves calling almost at the last minute and with little hope we found a place, and what a place! 🥰 Surrounded by greenery and peaceful hills of vineyards, everything inside matched the setting: clean, spacious, full of light. The food was superb, sublime flavors, and the service was courteous and friendly! Thank you, and I hope to return since we live quite a ways away. ☺️
