We often visit Livigno, both for passion and for work. But this time it was different: only my partner and I went up, to give ourselves two days all to ourselves and celebrate our anniversary.
Among the many proposals that Ivinio offers, we chose this restaurant... and it was truly a wonderful discovery.
Attention to detail, constant attention, trained and professional staff: everything contributed to making the evening special. We tasted typical dishes, well thought out and cooked with passion, in a relaxing and intimate atmosphere.

We came here by accident with 4 children, looking for a place for a good dinner. The food turned out to be brilliant. Seafood, veal, steaks for children, lamb, tartare, desserts. Everything was insanely delicious, and the service was wonderful, helpful and very nice. We highly recommend it!

Five of us went to dinner – 2 adults and 3 children – and the experience was simply fantastic. We chose the menu and every dish was delicious. The children took the pizzoccheri, typical of the area, and appreciated them very much.
What struck us immediately was the quiet atmosphere of the place. There weren't many people and thanks to the soft lighting and welcoming furnishings there was a feeling of serenity. A place where you immediately feel at ease.
The service was friendly and relaxed, just as you would hope for on a special evening. Il Focolare is certainly a restaurant to remember – perfect for families, but also for those who love to eat well in a calm and pleasant environment.
We will be back for sure!

Restaurant located in the center of Livigno.
Tables both inside and outside on a beautiful terrace.
Excellent quality of food; you can find both traditional dishes at an average price such as pizzoccheri, venison salmi, had ribs, and more gourmet dishes at a higher price.
Super professional service.
They always offer a little welcome from the chef and a very good choice of bread with selected butter.

We have eaten amazing food this week in several places in Livigno. But this restaurant is top of the top-notch. Absolutely amazing. The dishes we had was heaven. Especially the scallop ravioli. The sauce that accompanied this dish is true art. Also the service was extraordinary. The strongest recommendation if you love food.

Very nice dining experience, where the elegant atmosphere and attentive staff set the tone from the moment we arrived. The restaurant offers a more upscale and refined take on dining in Livigno, making it a great choice for a special evening out.
The food was overall good; the gnocchi and the Irish steak were great and very tasty. However, some of the dishes were in my opinion a bit underwhelming - like the salmon entrée and the ragu pasta which lacked the flare promised on their menu.
That said, we had a lovely experience and would recommend Focolare for its ambiance and exceptional service!
