Everything was good, and the dishes were also very popular. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The wine list was extensive. The portions were also generous. I highly recommend their pizzoccheri.

A truly remarkable experience for the service and quality of the food. The owner is always friendly, sociable, and helpful, as are all the staff. What can I say... It gets better every year. 5 stars are not enough. Thank you for the wonderful experience and last evening in Livigno. It will be a special and unforgettable memory. ❤️

A chefs restaurant by all means. Great staff and food! Celebrated birthday to one of the guys and loved every minute. Went with the fillet steak with pepper sauce which was fantastic. Thanks for the time!

Siamo stati a cena col nostro bimbo di un anno e mezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale preparato e molto disponibile sia con noi sia con le esigenze di nostro figlio. Cibo buonissimo e servizio celere e preciso Consigliatissimo

29/09/2025: We went to the Vecchia Carbonera for two evenings, a group of 14. I booked and agreed on a menu with Mr. Franco, an excellent person and a true restaurant professional. On Friday evening, two people were quite late, but he prepared the requested dishes on the spot, demonstrating his helpfulness and courtesy towards the customer. A gesture greatly appreciated. The recommended menu was excellent, featuring local dishes from pizzoccheri and sciat to tortelli with bitto cheese and bresaola. The grilled meat on a stick was a fabulous dish.
03/09/2025: A very positive experience, both in terms of the welcome and the quality of the dishes, at very fair prices. The meat and pizzoccheri were good.
