Highly recommended restaurant, fantastic raw beef tartare, top-quality meat at fair prices, they even provide a hot plate upon request to enjoy the last morsels as they cool. Very elegant, friendly, and clean staff and environment.

I stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, finding myself in the Centocelle area, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. I was delighted with both the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. I especially enjoyed the meat: well-cooked, flavorful, and truly delicious. I highly recommend it!

I've been to Foco several times, and each time is a unique experience. The last time was last Sunday. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is excellent, and the staff is courteous, especially the manager, who is always available to explain the characteristics of the dishes. The dishes are exquisite, with tasty fusion variations (meat sushi), and the prices are in line with the quantity of ingredients. Highly recommended! Andrea B.

The place was meticulously maintained in every way: the young man who served us was incredibly friendly, the food simply delicious, the desserts homemade, and there were a multitude of niceties: from the bathrooms with a complimentary toothbrush kit (the first time I've seen such a brilliant idea in my life) to the grills brought to the table so you can adjust the cooking of the meat to your liking. If you choose one of the tasting menus, you can also save a lot, as you only pay for the cost of the steak, while the side dishes and appetizers (a lot of them, at that) are included in the price. These appetizers included: excellently made tartare, bruschetta, sushi with unusual meat pairings, fried dishes, and "cacio e ova" meatballs that were even better than the classic meatballs. Since one of our friends doesn't eat raw meat, they were kind enough to bring her a customized appetizer. To top it all off, the steaks are the restaurant's true highlight, displayed in an open refrigerator. They represent premium and unique breeds and cuts of meat, with excellent aging and marbling almost worthy of Wagyu. In short, a positive experience in every way, and highly recommended.

We had dinner last weekend. We were the worst possible mix for a table: grandparents, aunts and uncles, parents, children—in short, all ages and all possible needs. We were seated in a small room just for us, and the staff accommodated all our needs, both logistical and dietary. In fact, at the end of the dinner, they even offered us two slices of meat to apologize for an inconvenience with the cooking of the meat. The pizza, sandwiches, and meat were very good, the staff were helpful and attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!
